SENIOR LAW ENFORCEMENT EXECUTIVE/ INTERNATIONAL SECURITY LEADER/ RISK AND INVESTIGATION EXPERT

Jeff is a senior law enforcement executive with more than 33 years of distinguished service in public safety, including 23 years with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He most recently served as the Deputy Assistant Director for International Operations at Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), overseeing 93 offices in 56 countries and managing a global budget exceeding $200 million.

Throughout his career, Jeff has led complex multinational investigations, built international partnerships, and implemented high-stakes security programs that have advanced U.S. national security interests at home and abroad. His assignments have taken him from field operations in Atlanta, Georgia to diplomatic postings in Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Arab Emirates, and Afghanistan. He is recognized for creating innovative operational strategies, restoring international law enforcement trust, and forging new pathways for collaborative governance across DHS components.

Jeff is known for his integrity, pragmatic leadership, and ability to build high-performing teams under pressure. He has played a pivotal role in critical missions—from countering transnational criminal networks to ensuring the safety of displaced populations during Operation Allies Welcome. As a Regional Attaché, he revitalized maritime smuggling enforcement efforts at the Port of Antwerp, resulting in a 1,700% increase in drug seizures.

A graduate of American University’s Key Executive Leadership Program, Jeff holds numerous law enforcement and tactical certifications, and maintains a TS/SCI security clearance. His career achievements have earned him the DHS Secretary’s Gold Medal, ICE Director’s International Achievement Award, and multiple commendations for exemplary service.

Jeff now brings his deep expertise in investigations, executive protection, physical security, and international operations to new challenges in the private sector.
