She is a former senior leader in UK Counter Terrorism Policing with a career focused on national preparedness, organisational learning and leadership development in complex risk environments.

She led the UK counter terrorism exercise programme, working closely with government and policing partners to design and deliver large scale testing of the national response to terrorism. Her work included training Counter Terrorism Commanders, shaping policy and doctrine, and embedding organisational learning across the UK protective security framework.

Following her policing career, Danni established CT Protect, a consultancy that combined practical advice, supporting technology and training to help organisations strengthen their security preparedness.

Her work is grounded in the belief that effective security is driven by confident leadership and practical application, not just policy or documentation.

At GCG, Danni leads work across counter terrorism and protective security, supporting public and private sector organisations to strengthen capability, with a focus on implementation, workforce readiness and building resilience that stands up in real world conditions.
