Eddie Reyes

Eddie L. Reyes is a seasoned law enforcement and security executive with over 35 years of leadership experience spanning public safety, crisis management, investigations, security operations, and physical security assessments. He served 28 years as a law enforcement officer in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, followed by four years as the Director of a major 9-1-1 public safety communications center. Their career includes extensive work in the United Arab Emirates, where he advised high-level government and private-sector organizations on law enforcement modernization, GSOC development, investigative workflows, and the integration of advanced technologies to enhance safety.

Recently, Eddie supported a major entertainment and tourism megaproject in Qiddiya City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. His work included reviewing emergency response protocols, business continuity plans, and full security requirements for a city hosting major international attractions. He also contributed to the development of the City Security Operations Center and the assessment of public safety technologies such as drones, sensors, and access control systems.

As Director of Crisis Management & Response for Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE, Eddie helped lead crisis management and emergency planning for the resort’s 2027 launch. He previously served as a Subject Matter Expert for the UAE Ministry of Interior and led a high-volume emergency communications center in Prince William County, Virginia, managing a team of over 125 specialists.

Eddie’s law enforcement career includes more than 25 years with the Alexandria Police Department and Amtrak Police Department, where he directed major initiatives, including the 9/11 Pentagon response and the D.C. sniper case. He holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration.
