    GCG Commercial Director

    Worked in front line service roles for 40 years, initially in Retail for 15 years as Store Manager where he progressed to run the company’s flagship store. Over the last 25 years Andy progressed through a Global IT System Integrator to Head up their Global Onsite Services organisation. With 10 years’ experience of managing a Network of 530+ service partners across 202 Countries / Territories Andy brings a wealth of both Operational and Commercial Experience.

    GCG Chief Technology Officer

    Visionary technology and architecture leader with 30+ years leading Transformational Strategy, Architecting and Engineering solutions, Building and Managing teams, Delivering business capabilities, Envisioning future visions, and Implementing agile models.

  • Martin Fry

    GCG Director of Transportation Strategy

    Over 45 years’ policing experience, retiring as Chief Superintendent and Commander for London & Southeast Division, British Transport Police. Former Head of CID and Professional Standards with extensive experience in major crime and serious misconduct investigations as Senior Investigating Officer. Strong awareness of diversity and community issues, with a proven ability to build effective partnerships across complex stakeholder environments in both community and commercial sectors.

  • Michael Newman

    GCG Director of Evidence Based Policing

    Over 32 years policing experience, a 2023 Churchill Fellow for Cybercrime, Secretary for Australia and New Zealand Society for Evidence-​Based Policing, recipient of international awards from Center for Evidence Based Crime Policy and American Society of Criminology (Division of Policing and Academy of Experimental Criminology).

  • Chris Porter

    GCG Director of Forensic Strategy

    40 years service in forensics and policing. Former Director Forensic Services for Londons Metropolitan Police. Chaired the Strategic DNA Board on behalf of the Home Office. National Police Chiefs Council lead for forensic quality and a member of the Forensic Science Regulators Advisory Council. 3 years on the Board of the European Network of Forensic Science Institutes. Fellow of the Westminster Abbey institute and currently a Board member of the Queensland Forensic Science Advisory Council.

  • Emily McCarlie

    GCG Global Marketing Officer

    Honours undergraduate in Marketing at the highly regarded Strathclyde University in Scotland, with knowledge in key areas of Business Law and experience in campaigning for various charities. Recognised by GCG for her potential to grow into a versatile Marketing professional in the coming years through her strong communication skills and networking prowess.
