GCG is delighted to announce our newest consortium member, Alan Todd.

Former Assistant Chief Constable in Northern Ireland with 32 years’ experience, is an expert in community policing, strategic transformation, and leadership development. He has led major operations, cross-border initiatives, and national policing strategies, holds executive and board roles, and was awarded the King’s Police Medal for services to policing.

Alan brings expertise in strategic transformation, leadership development, cross-border collaboration, operational excellence, and national policing strategies, enhancing GCG’s advisory and leadership capabilities.
