Member Annoucement: Andy Mears

GCG is delighted to announce its newest consortium member, Andy Mears, who is joining us as Global Commercial Director.

Andy has worked in front line service roles for 40 years, initially in Retail for 15 years as Store Manager where he progressed to run the company’s flagship store. Over the last 25 years Andy progressed through a Global IT System Integrator to Head up their Global Onsite Services organisation. With 10 years’ experience of managing a Network of 530+ service partners across 202 Countries / Territories Andy brings a wealth of both Operational and Commercial Experience.

His focus on standardisation and automation resulted in him also running the broader Global Deliveries Automation Delivery Enablement team. Overseeing, what is very challenging, the deployment of AI and Automation both internally and directly to customers to enhance their Customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
