Member Annoucement! - Michael Phelan APM

GCG is delighted to announce our newest consortium member, Michael Phelan APM.

Mr Phelan has more than 40 years of law enforcement and regulatory experience. He was the CEO of the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) where he was responsible for the oversight and coordination of Australia’s criminal intelligence effort against serious and organised crime.

He has previously been the Chief Police Officer of the ACT and Deputy Commissioner for National Security with the Australian Federal Police.

He was awarded the Australian Police Medal in 2008. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Canberra and holds a degree in Commerce, an honours degree in Law and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Melbourne Business School.
