Member Announcement! - Danni Grant

📣Following the announcement of CTSTEP, GCG is delighted to announce the appointment of Danni Grant as GCG Director of Counter Terrorism and Protective Security.

Danni brings extensive experience from UK Counter Terrorism Policing, where she led national work on preparedness, organisational learning and the development of senior leaders operating in high risk environments.

Following her policing career, she established CT Protect, a consultancy that combined practical advice, supporting technology and training to help organisations strengthen their security preparedness.

In her role at GCG, Danni will lead work across counter terrorism and protective security, supporting organisations to strengthen capability with a focus on practical delivery, leadership confidence and real world readiness.

As we roll out CT STEP™ to help organisations meet the requirements of Martyn’s Law, Danni’s leadership will be pivotal. In her role at GCG, Danni will be the driving force behind our protective security strategy, ensuring that CT STEP™ provides more than just compliance, but genuine "real-world readiness" and leadership confidence for every organisation we support.
