Member Annoucement: Vince Hawkes

GCG is delighted to announce our newest consortium member, Vince Hawkes.

After five years as the Global Director for the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Vince has transitioned to a consultant role focused on International Engagement and Partnerships. In this position, he advances global policing through advocacy, research, outreach, and education, while guiding the IACP’s strategic vision for international growth. He provides expert counsel to the Association’s leadership, Board of Directors, the Global Policing Director, and the International Vice President.

Before joining the IACP, Vince completed a 34-year policing career, serving as Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police (2014–2018), overseeing fair, effective, and fiscally responsible policing across Ontario.
