Claire Humble is a nationally recognised security professional, consultant and training provider with extensive experience across public safety, protective security and organisational resilience. As Founder and CEO of Nuparadigm Ltd/Nu-ology Training, she specialises in behaviour-led, compliance-driven consultancy and training, helping organisations strengthen security culture, preparedness and resilience.
Claire is a respected leader in protective security, organisational resilience and workforce development. She has become widely recognised for her strategic approach to developing safer, more resilient organisations.
Claire specialises in translating complex security and compliance requirements into practical, engaging learning experiences that drive meaningful behavioural change. Her work focuses on security culture, threat awareness, organisational preparedness and protective security, helping organisations not only achieve compliance but also build lasting resilience. Claire delivers bespoke consultancy and accredited training programmes across the United Kingdom, including Counter Terrorism Protective Security training aligned to Martyn's Law requirements.
