Former UK Counter Terrorism Policing leader with national responsibility for preparedness, organisational learning and commander development. Founder of CT Protect, a consultancy that combined practical advice, supporting technology and training to help organisations strengthen their security preparedness.
Danni led national capability across training, exercising and organisational learning within UK Counter Terrorism Policing, working directly with UK Government in support of the CONTEST strategy. She was responsible for developing and validating counter terrorism preparedness at scale, including the training of UK Counter Terrorism Commanders.
She directed organisational learning into national policy and doctrine, designed frameworks to embed learning across the UK counter terrorism network, and strengthened multi-agency readiness across complex environments.
