Eddie Reyes is Director of Crisis Management & Response for Wynn Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates, planning the resort's crisis and emergency response ahead of its 2027 launch. He served 28 years as a law enforcement officer in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, then four years as Director of a 9-1-1 public safety communications centre, before advising UAE government and private-sector organisations on law enforcement modernisation and security technology. He holds a BA in Criminal Justice and a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration.

Eddie's law enforcement career includes more than 25 years with the Alexandria Police Department and Amtrak Police Department, where he directed major initiatives including the 9/11 Pentagon response and the D.C. sniper case. He went on to lead a high-volume emergency communications centre in Prince William County, Virginia, with a team of more than 125 specialists.

In the United Arab Emirates he has advised government and private-sector organisations on law enforcement modernisation, GSOC development, investigative workflows and the integration of advanced technologies to enhance safety, and served as a Subject Matter Expert for the UAE Ministry of Interior. He recently supported the Qiddiya City entertainment and tourism megaproject in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, reviewing emergency response protocols, business continuity plans and security requirements, contributing to the development of its City Security Operations Center and assessing public safety technologies including drones, sensors and access control systems.
