Ross is the Founding Director of Everfin Recruitment and brings over twenty years of experience across recruitment, property, asset, and operations management.

With a background spanning commercial property consultancy, residential block management, and senior operational leadership, Ross has held director-level roles at Aitch Group, Hawk Block Management, and Grainger PLC, overseeing asset management, facilities, and technical services for major property portfolios across London.

Ross founded Everfin Recruitment in 2023, applying his ground-level industry expertise to help property and real estate businesses build the teams they need to operate effectively.
